Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and treatment team.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions.
