Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Health Technicians to work with clients with ASD and developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized ABA interventions, collect data, and support clients in acquiring essential life skills in homes, schools, and community settings.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with clinicians, and ongoing training to improve client outcomes and quality of life for families.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' needs and goals.
Provide one-on-one instruction to clients using ABA techniques including DTT and naturalistic teaching.
Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated tools.
Help clients acquire functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
Foster a supportive, positive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust strategies.
Communicate updates to clients, families, and other team members.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
