Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing. Pay range is $20–$24 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate with children.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Able to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
