Pure Autism Counseling Center Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to support clients with ABA-based programs. The role involves implementing treatment plans, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA/clinical staff to ensure quality care.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years ABA experience, strong communication, and the ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor while engaging children, adolescents, or adults in daily living and social skills activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ABA experience with clients.
• High school diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• RBT certification preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Assist with daily living and social skills development.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Communicate with families and team members.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
