California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to provide one-on-one ABA services for children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will collect data and collaborate with a clinical team to support individualized intervention plans.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress, development of communication and social skills, and contributing to ASD treatment programs. California location, with competitive pay and travel considerations.

Formación

• High School Diploma – REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
