Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist in California for part-time work with potential to grow to full-time. You will provide 1:1 support to children and teens with developmental disabilities, following ABA plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and improve quality of life.

We offer paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a clear path to expanded hours as centers need. Schedule is Mon-Fri 1:00pm–8:00pm and Sat 2:00pm–7:00pm, with weekend incentives and a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy with at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
• Track Progress by collecting data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth through structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate as a Team with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards by following HIPAA and company policies.
