Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring for a Behavior Interventionist to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings across Los Angeles County. You will implement individualized plans under supervision and contribute to client progress data.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and a preferred bachelor’s or master’s in ABA or related fields, with valid CA driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

The Behavior Interventionist is responsible for delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. Under the supervision of experienced clinical staff, the Behavior Interventionist implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill development, and contributes to the overall success of each client’s program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors
• Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progress
• Support treatment goals across home, school, and community environments
• Assist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standard

Compensation

• $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Paid mileage
