Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position: Behavior Interventionist

Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour (based on experience & education).
• Mileage reimbursement: Paid per mile.
• Drive time compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.
