Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to work alongside a BCBA to implement individualized ABA plans in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll deliver evidence-based interventions, collect data, and help clients build communication, social, and self-care skills.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques like DTT and natural environment teaching.
• Accurately collect and log data on client behavior and progress.
• Help clients build functional skills in communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages learning and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress updates to clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to improve ABA skills.
