Job summary

3D ABA Services seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver direct ABA services to clients under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, support skill acquisition, and collect data across home, clinic, school, or community settings.

Qualified candidates hold an active RBT or ABAT credential with strong communication, reliability, and professionalism. PTO, holidays, and ongoing mentorship are included in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and accept feedback.
• Reliable, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
• Support skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction plans, and daily living skill goals.
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions.
• Follow client-specific behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising Behavior Analyst.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
