Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned agency, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement individualized ABA plans in a one-on-one setting and track progress with data collection.

Work closely with BCBA therapists and other specialists, while supporting families and promoting independence and real-world skills. The role offers supervision, growth, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and compassionate professional with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based ABA programs one-on-one with clients to develop skills and independence.
• Coordinate with BCBA therapists, speech and occupational therapists to ensure integrated services.
• Accurately collect and record client data to inform treatment decisions.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and peer support groups.
