Centria Autism seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based methods to foster communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training is provided; no prior experience required. Strong candidates are patient, team-oriented, and passionate about helping children with autism.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to empower each child.
• Move and transfer children safely, sometimes lifting up to 50 pounds.
