Triangle ABA in Raleigh, North Carolina, is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting under the supervision of BCBA. You will teach functional skills, collect data, and ensure sessions meet compliance standards.

This role offers collaborative mentorship, opportunities for growth, and a supportive clinician-led environment. Current RBT certification or plan to obtain it within 30 days is required; full-time hours at 30+ per week are typical.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach functional skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect and record accurate data during sessions; complete session notes and ensure compliance.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be available for reassignment to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members, upholding HIPAA and ethical standards.
