Triangle ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a warm, energetic Behavior Technician to join our clinician-led team. This center-based 1:1 ABA therapy role supports children with autism as they build skills and confidence in a bright, fully equipped clinic.

As an BT/RBT, you will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, follow behavior plans, and engage families with compassionate communication. We offer strong mentorship, competitive pay, and a dedicated path for certification and growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or plan to obtain certification within 30 days.
• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Ability to collect and record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting according to BCBA plans.
• Collect data and complete notes to meet compliance.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be available for reassignments.
• Communicate professionally with families and team while upholding HIPAA.
