Job summary

Triangle ABA in Garner, NC is seeking a warm, energetic Behavior Technician (BT) to join a clinician-led team providing 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based program. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans and help children with autism build essential skills in a bright, supportive space.

The role offers ongoing professional growth, collaboration with BCBAs and other RBTs, and a mission-driven environment focused on quality care and family support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with families and team members.
• Punctual and reliable in a clinical setting.
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow.
• Currently hold or will obtain RBT certification within 30 days of training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting under BCBA guidance.
• Teach functional skills using evidence-based strategies.
• Accurately collect data and complete session notes.
• Maintain punctual attendance and support continuity of care.
• Communicate professionally and uphold HIPAA/ethics.
