Triangle ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinician-led team at Raleigh, North Carolina. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based settings under BCBA supervision, collecting data and shaping meaningful skills for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or plan to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to collect and record data during sessions.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting under BCBA supervision.
• Teach functional skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors using evidence-based strategies.
• Record accurate data and complete session notes; ensure charting compliance.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be available for reassignment as needed.
• Uphold HIPAA and ethical standards when communicating with clients.
