Job summary

Triangle ABA in Garner, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement behavior plans and help children build essential skills, with a focus on consistency and patient progress.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with autism and supporting families.
• Strong communication, punctuality, and professional presence.
• Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Current RBT certification or plan to obtain within 30 days of training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting following treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach functional skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect and record accurate data during sessions; complete session notes and convert appointments by session end to meet compliance.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be available for reassignment to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members, uphold HIPAA and ethical standards.
