Job summary

Brookstone Terrace of Woodruff LLC in Woodruff, SC is hiring for a 3rd shift caregiver. The role requires Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Personal Care Aide (PCA) credentials and a willingness to work nights, with duties including ADL support, mobility, and resident comfort.

You will follow the Plan of Care, document in resident records, respond to call bells, and participate in infection control and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Must possess ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Active CNA or PCA certification by NC; in-training acceptable with certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per Plan of Care.
• Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs.
• Maintain infection control practices and a clean, safe environment.
• Document daily resident notes and care activities.
• Participate in QI program meetings and team collaboration.
• Assist with emergency procedures and ADL-related tasks as needed.
