Job summary

Brookstone Terrace Of Woodruff LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide daily care for residents in our community. You will perform ADLs, assist with mobility, and support residents with activities and meals in a respectful, patient-centered manner.

Responsibilities include responding to call bells, maintaining infection control standards, and documenting health changes in resident records.

Qualifications

• Must possess CNA/PCA certification and current credentials.
• High school diploma or GED required; CNA certification preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, dining and mobility.
• Respond to call bells promptly and document changes in resident condition.
• Maintain infection control practices and a clean, safe environment.
• Support residents in activities and social/recreational programs as directed.
