Job summary

Richland Square Assisted Living is seeking CNAs, PCAs, or RCAs to provide outstanding resident care and daily living assistance. Join a compassionate team on 2nd shift and support residents with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring intake, and coordinating with healthcare staff. Requires CNA certification, CPR preferred, and strong communication skills. Richland Square offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with daily living activities, including turning, ambulating, and delivering meals.
• Assist with personal hygiene such as bedpans and bathing.
• Provide adjunct care as needed (ice packs, dressings).
• Monitor and record food intake and urinary/fecal output.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and nurses.
• Follow infection control precautions.
• Know fire and emergency procedures and report safety violations.
• Demonstrate passion for serving seniors.
