Job summary

Brookstone Terrace Of Woodruff LLC in Woodruff, SC is seeking a part-time personal care aide to support residents with daily living activities on a 3rd shift. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally, read and understand English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA or PCA certification as required by state.
• Maintain and provide evidence of required continuing education hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) as assigned.
• Perform rounds at shift start and end, monitor resident condition.
• Respond to call bells promptly and maintain infection control practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Document changes in resident health status and report to supervisors.
