Job summary

Indigo Hall in Marlborough, SC is seeking dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide direct care to residents on second shift, focusing on daily living activities with empathy and professionalism.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, support meals, and promote safety and dignity in a compassionate environment. CPR/First Aid preferred; background check and drug screen required. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; PCA/CNA training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal care or healthcare preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Observe changes in health and report to nursing team.
• Encourage participation in activities and promote engagement.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
