Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Key West is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead a dynamic dining team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will drive service excellence in a fast-paced setting, coach staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and monitor inventory and beverage purchasing to ensure quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in hospitality.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Captain of hospitality: lead guest experience from lounge to banquet and coach the team.
• Operations & compliance: uphold grooming, safety, and certifications (Food Handlers, CPR, First Aid, etc.).
• Admin: handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, track staff hours and productivity.
• Quality & promotions: ensure food looks and tastes great, create promotions, oversee inventory and beverage purchasing.
• Communication & problem-solving: address guest requests promptly and maintain satisfaction.
• General: analyze reports, attend meetings, and contribute versatility and positivity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
