Compass by Margaritaville Key West is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining team with energy and charisma. You will coach staff, ensure top service, and uphold safety, standards, and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed andobjectiveunder pressure.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
This Key West Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel offers a large outdoor pool with poolside cabanas, a daily hot breakfast, and free WiFi. Guests will be 5 minutes' drive from historic Old Town Key West and 2 mi from Duval Street. A flat-screen cable TV, microwave, and small refrigerator are featured in all rooms.
