Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in construction, landscaping, property management, parks and recreation, forest service fire fighting, law enforcement, military, work with animals or related fields.
• Two years of college coursework may substitute for up to 12 months of experience; a Bachelor's degree may count for up to 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and oversee daily activities of Adults on Supervision on community work crews.
• Transport and lead crews to job sites; ensure work is completed safely and per program guidelines.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support while maintaining safety, security, and professional conduct.
