The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) seeks a Site Supervisor for an in-person role to guide a 5–10 person crew in outdoor public beautification projects, coach participants, and ensure safety and quality. This role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to social justice throughout daily operations.

Typical hours are 7:00AM–3:30PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and safety training are preferred; a

• Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities with diverse groups.
• Proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Mechanically inclined, able to diagnose issues with equipment and propose solutions.
• Passionate about social justice and helping participants regain stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects (litter abatement, landscaping).
• Manage attendance processes and daily time records for participants.
• Ensure daily completion of work orders to a high standard.
• Maintain positive staff morale through leadership and teamwork.
• Assign duties and set achievable goals for crew members.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching or training as needed.
• Maintain line of sight of all participants and ensure safety.
• Complete daily reporting tasks and handle special projects as assigned.
