Job summary

Center for Employment Opportunities is seeking a Temporary Work Crew Site Supervisor in New York, NY. The role oversees a small crew of 5-10 participants, providing on-the-job coaching, safety oversight, and progress tracking to help participants gain skills and secure employment after incarceration.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime built in. The position emphasizes outdoor work, leadership, teamwork, and compassion in service of our mission to rebuild

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects.
• Ensure accurate time records and rest breaks.

• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Maintain participant line of sight and safety.
• Complete daily reporting and special projects.
