Qualifications

• Knowledge of supervisory theories and practices.
• Knowledge of safety hazards and procedures with cleaning solutions and maintenance.
• Knowledge of minor repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and life safety systems.
• Knowledge of carpentry and structural repairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work provided by inmates assigned to various facilities.
• Plan daily tasks with management to meet facility needs.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
• Perform minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and life safety systems.
• Operate tools and equipment and drive a vehicle as required.
