Qualifications

• BA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of direct service work with high risk youth.
• Experience with basic construction, painting and building maintenance.
• Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, apply, and demonstrate CBT using Roca’s Intervention Model.
• Assist and role model in obtaining and sustaining employment through job search and professionalism.
• Manage a work crew, coordinate and supervise transitional employment participants on site.
