Job summary

Solutions4Health leads the Healthy Worcestershire programme and seeks a Wellbeing Coach to deliver exercise sessions, health coaching, and community safety workshops. The role covers travel across Worcestershire, flexible hours, and support to empower residents to improve health and wellbeing.

We welcome applicants with CIMSPA accreditation and experience in health coaching or community health roles, who can motivate participants and maintain accurate records in line with data protection

Qualifications

• Qualified CIMSPA instructor or equivalent.
• Details health coaching and community health role requirements.
• Proven ability to apply behaviour change models in practice.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and data handling awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OTAGO exercise sessions to adults 18+, plus health, safety and nutrition awareness sessions.
• Apply health coaching techniques to motivate positive lifestyle changes.
• Triage referrals, assess health needs, book sessions and follow up referrals.
• Conduct health assessments using IHS and interpret clinical information.
• Build relationships with participants, healthcare providers and partners.
• Provide inclusive, person-centred support respecting safeguarding and confidentiality.
