Job summary

Work INC. in Brockton, MA is seeking a Community Training Specialist (Direct Support Staff) to assist individuals with disabilities in promoting independence and quality of life. This role can be full- or part-time with flexible scheduling and travel up to 25%.

You will support clients in residential programs, help with daily activities and health care access, and build strong relationships with families and providers. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Location: Brockton, MA 02301 – Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time – Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour – Travel: up to 25% – Shift: Any (Day & Evening)
