Job summary

WORK Inc. is seeking Community Training Specialists (Direct Support) in Revere, MA to support adults with disabilities in their own homes. This is an awake overnight position (11pm–9am) as well as daytime/evening shifts for full-time and part-time roles.

You will promote independence, foster dignity, and contribute to individual service plans while ensuring safety and quality of life for residents. Competitive benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with completing hygiene and independence development.
• Develop and implement program goals and service/treatment plans.

• Help clients obtain healthcare services and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
