First Community Bank of Galena, a branch of Apple River State Bank, is hiring a Full-Time Teller in Galena, IL. The position offers onsite work with hours Monday to Friday from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays 7:15 AM to 12:15 PM, starting at $15 per hour with potential for higher pay based on experience.

As a teller you will handle transactions, deposits, withdrawals and check cashing, while delivering exceptional customer service and assisting clients with account information and bank services

Qualifications

• Experience handling transactions and addressing customer inquiries.
• Ability to process deposits, withdrawals and check cashing with accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions, deposits, withdrawals and check cashing.
• Assist clients in navigating accounts and explaining bank services.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:15 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays 7:15 AM–12:15 PM.
