Job summary

ENMRSH, INC. in Clovis, NM seeks a dedicated Supervisor to oversee direct care staff delivering Customized Community Supports and Customized In-Home Supports.

You will ensure staff implement service plans, maintain quality, and coordinate community activities while upholding agency policies and DDW/SGF standards. Responsibilities include staff development, risk management, and facilitating client participation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with development disabilities preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; OR degree in a related field as a substitute for experience.
• Possess a current and valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Possess a working telephone.
• Reliable transportation with an excellent driving record.

Job description

Responsible for providing daily supervision to direct care staff and necessary supports to individuals receiving Customized Community Supports and Customized In-Home Supports services, to include behavior support services for Clovis Schools. Responsible for ensuring staff implement individual service plans and strategies, and the achievement of client service plan visions and outcomes. Responsible for implementing agency policies and procedures, and Developmental Disabilities Waiver (DDW) and State General Funds (SGF) standards for services previously listed. Builds and maintains partnerships with community organizations, businesses and civic groups. Ability to identify and create new opportunities for community participation and inclusion. Coordinates special events, volunteer opportunities and recreational outings. Assist individuals in exploring and pursuing their recreational interests. Must demonstrate the following characteristics: good interpersonal skills to interact effectively and professionally with a wide range of people; excellent customer service with all internal and external customers; communicate effectively verbally and in writing to multiple levels of staff and stakeholders; understand the importance of urgency and accuracy; and be able to adapt to changing work conditions.

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
