Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience required.
Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions in English. Communicate clearly using basic verbal and written skills. Maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers and management. Interact professionally and diplomatically with the public. Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and use agency-specific systems. Demonstrates basic computer literacy, including data entry, email communication, and navigation of electronic record systems.
Maintain First Aid, CPR, and CPI certifications.
