ENMRSH, Inc. seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee direct care staff delivering Customized Community Supports and Customized In-Home Supports in Clovis.

The role focuses on implementing individual service plans and maintaining compliance with DDW/SGF standards while fostering community partnerships. The candidate will coordinate events, support recreational activities, and train staff to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English well.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience; OR a related degree may substitute for experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background screening and drug screening are required.
• Reliable transportation with an excellent driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision to direct care staff and supports to individuals.
• Ensure staff implement individual service plans and strategies and achieve client outcomes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses and civic groups.
• Coordinate special events, volunteer opportunities, and recreational outings.
• Assist individuals in exploring and pursuing recreational interests.
