Job summary

Mentor Community Services in Fresno, CA is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a designated program, including site operations, case management, and implementation of individual service plans. You will supervise Direct Care Staff, manage schedules, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will deliver direct care services and provide input on hiring, discipline, and training. This full-time role includes a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification as required by state.
• Valid driver's license, car registration and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication to manage relationships.
• Reliable, responsible attitude with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage services within a designated program, including site operations, case management and implementation of individual service plans.
• Supervise/coordinate daily activities of Direct Care Staff, maintain schedules and oversee day-to-day program operations.
• Deliver direct care services and support to individuals served on an ongoing basis.
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations and termination decisions.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
