Job summary

Trinity Services, Inc. in Villa Park, IL seeks a CST therapist to support residents in a permanent supportive housing program.

You will provide case management, individual and group therapy, and skills coaching within a team-based setting serving people with mental illness and disabilities. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, benefits support, crisis intervention, and coordination with community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Professional Counseling, or related field.
• Full licensure as LCSW or LCPC preferred.
• Experience with individuals with serious mental illness preferred.
• Valid Illinois driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate agency policies and updates during staff meetings.
• Conduct mental health needs assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy and assist with benefit applications.
• Support clients during medical and psychiatric appointments.
• Teach independent living skills and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Complete Medicaid mental health billing and collaborate with staff on improvements.
