Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Full or associate licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or similar).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health, CST, or similar services.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Strong documentation, time management, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do

Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Some evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage required
