Responsibilities include conducting assessments, authorizations, treatment planning, leading meetings, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining compliance with NC policies. This role blends leadership with hands-on care in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level degree in human services or related field.
• Licensed in NC (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or similar) preferred.
• Experience in mental health or CST services.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent documentation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary CST team.
• Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and real-time support.
• Conduct assessments, authorizations, and treatment planning.
• Run treatment team meetings and ensure person-centered care.
• Respond to crises and guide the team through critical situations.
• Review documentation within 48 hours to stay audit-ready.
• Monitor service delivery, census, and ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with community stakeholders (DSS, schools, DJJDP).
• Drive quality, compliance, and CARF-ready documentation.
