Strive Colorado IDD Services in Grand Junction, CO is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities and community engagement. The role requires driving and providing person-centered support under supervision, with opportunities to learn QMAP, CPR, and health monitoring.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay rate of $17.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Listen attentively and take general interest in assisting people with enjoying meals, maintaining hygiene, and learning routines.
• Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals in daily activities and community interactions.
• Provide transportation to programs and activities as needed.
• Support with meal times, personal care, and routine scheduling.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to maintain a safe and positive environment.
