Job summary

Strive Colorado IDD Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Western Colorado. The role focuses on compassionate care for individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve daily living goals, social independence, and community involvement.

A valid driver’s license is required to support transportation and community activities. You will work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, at $17.85 per hour, with background screening completed prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to help individuals with disabilities achieve daily living and social independence.
• Assist individuals in learning routines and engaging with the community.
• Support personal care needs and be a positive role model.
• Assist with transportation and community outings; must drive and hold a valid driver's license.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisor to maintain a safe, quality program.
