Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Community Support Specialist to deliver exceptional administrative support and frontline client service for multiple communities. Based in Lacey, WA, this non-exempt, full-time role partners with CAMs and ACAMs to manage work orders, ARC requests, and amenity reservations.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to identify and prioritize tasks
  • Able to multi-task across multiple communities with unique rules
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team player with dependable attendance

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls about status of work orders, ARC requests, or association responsibilities
  • Maintain current community information in the system
  • Manage and track complex Work Orders requiring approvals
  • Document actions with system notes
  • Process compliance notices per guidelines and log outcomes
  • Coordinate ARC applications and timelines
  • Manage amenity reservations and access devices
  • Provide escalation support for homeowner calls
  • Assist in Reception relief when needed
  • Update association information in records and prepare special projects
