You will partner with CAMs/ACAMs, manage complex Work Orders and ARC requests, and handle amenity requirements, special projects, and coverage as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience providing administrative support and handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to identify priorities and manage multiple communities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Receive calls and answer questions about work orders, ARC requests, or Association duties.
  • Maintain Welcome Packet information in the system.
  • Review, assign, and follow up on complex Work Orders requiring approvals.
  • Document actions with system notes and archive records as needed.
  • Assist CAMs/ACAMs and provide periodic receptionist support when required.
  • Coordinate with service providers for access and parking inquiries.
