Job summary

You will partner with Community Association Managers, handle work orders, ARC requests, and amenity coordination while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • 1–4 years administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and provide status of work orders and ARC requests.
  • Maintain Welcome Packet and update system records.
  • Manage complex work orders requiring approvals.
  • Document actions with system notes.
  • Coordinate with CAMs/ACAM and vendors.
  • Assist with amenity reservations and access devices.
  • Support updating of Association information in system of record.
