Witherite Law Group is seeking a dynamic Community Strategist in Chicago to strengthen brand presence, manage partnerships, and deepen community relationships. This full-time role focuses on strategic planning, event execution, and grassroots community building to elevate the firm’s mission across markets.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in marketing or community outreach, strong communication skills, and proficiency with analytics and marketing tools. Local travel for events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, nonprofit or public affairs (legal or service-based industry preferred).
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and managing community initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated community initiatives, programs and events that align with firm goals and community impact objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across materials and platforms.
• Analyze partnership performance and deliver actionable insights using KPIs and ROI metrics.
