Qualifications

• 5–7 years of marketing, communications, public relations, or content marketing experience; law firm or professional services experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience mentoring marketing professionals and overseeing multiple projects
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of brand management, public relations, digital marketing, and content strategy

Responsibilities

• Advance the firm's visibility, reputation, and client engagement through integrated marketing, branding, content, public relations, and communications initiatives.
• Manage the firm's brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all marketing and client-facing materials.
• Oversee the editorial calendar and thought leadership pipeline, repurposing content across digital, social media, email, website, and event channels.
• Draft and edit attorney biographies, practice descriptions, newsletters, website content, presentations, pitch materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Supervise the Events & Communications Coordinator and Graphic Design Coordinator while managing the firm's external public relations agency.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities that enhance brand visibility, client engagement, and market awareness.
