Witherite Law Group seeks an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives in Dallas, driving projects from initiation to completion with cross-functional teams. This full-time, in-person role offers the chance to optimize operations and deliver measurable results for the firm.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Agile practices. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles.
• Proven track record of delivering projects and driving operational changes.
• Experience leading software implementations, system integrations, or enterprise technology upgrades.
• Familiarity with traditional and agile project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion with cross-functional teams, on time and within budget.
• Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies; develop plans to optimize workflows, productivity, and costs while maintaining quality.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project obstacles and proactively manage risks.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including executives.
• Collaborate with departments to implement process changes and foster knowledge-sharing among team members.
• Apply Agile principles across projects, facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and delivering incremental value.
