Job summary

Vuori seeks an Assistant Store Manager of Community to drive community initiatives that connect the store with the local active and wellness scene. You will partner with the General Manager to execute a community strategy across in-store events, team sweats, and storytelling that elevates the Vuori brand and drives traffic and loyalty.

You will also oversee cross-functional operations, maintain store standards in product operations and visuals, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
• Strong communication with HQ partners, staff, and external partners.
• Prior experience in retail leadership and driving sales targets.
• Capacity to mentor teams and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community programs connecting store to local fitness and wellness.
• Collaborate with HQ Community Manager to align initiatives with brand standards.
• Represent Vuori authentically at events and in-store experiences.
• Ensure all community touchpoints reflect Vuori values and customer standards.
• Foster store culture and drive engagement through team-led events.
