Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Community to drive community excellence at our Phoenix store. You will partner with the General Manager to craft the store's community strategy and execute initiatives across events, team sweats, and product storytelling to drive traffic and loyalty.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with brand standards, safety, and operational SOPs while fostering an inclusive work environment and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent prioritization and time management; event planning experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in retail sales leadership and driving targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community programs connecting the store to local fitness, wellness, and lifestyle communities.
• Partner with HQ Community Manager to develop and execute initiatives aligned with brand standards and business goals.
• Represent Vuori authentically in-store, at events, and in community partnerships; ensure brand touchpoints reflect Vuori values.
• Inspire and develop the store team to own community initiatives and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Assist the General Manager with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training; support scheduling and labor management; manage store expenses within budget.
